Prices

Prices are in Singapore dollars, inclusive of prevailing GST.

My order is processing when will it be delivered?

As soon as it has been sent out, we will send you an email to let you know.

You can also check your order status and history here.

Can I self-collect the books?

Self collection is by appointment only as we do not operate a physical store.
Select the Self Pick option and we will get in touch with you to arrange the collection date and time.

Please may also contact us through email at artgalleries@nafa.edu.sg or the online contact form to make the specific arrangements.

How long does it take for the items to be delivered?

Within Singapore: between 5-7 working days.
Overseas: please allow us to get back to you on the delivery timeframe.

Where do you deliver?

Local courier, within Singapore.
For international orders, let us check on the rates and get back to you.

Will my book delivery be tracked?

Yes, all book deliveries are tracked.

Can you offer a specific day for delivery?

Sadly no, all deliveries are handled by 3rd party courier services and we cannot offer a definitive time or date for when deliveries will be made.

What should I do if I received an item and there is an issue with it?

Should you receive any items that are incorrect, damaged or have not received your items, please contact us via artgalleries@nafa.edu.sg with details including: the order number, book title and leave us a note. We will contact you as soon as we can.

Can I cancel and return my order after I've received it?

You can cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it by completing our online cancellation form. Once you've cancelled the order, you must send the parcel back to us within 7 days. Once we get it, you will be refunded the price of the item(s) within 14 days.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless we delivered it to you in error or it is damaged.

It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of the item(s) to us. If you return a high-value item, we recommend you use a tracking service. We'll refund the amount you used to make your purchase.
